1. Purpose
This Creator Policy establishes the rules, rights, obligations, and requirements that all individuals who wish to create, publish, and monetize content on the OnlyCuba platform must comply with.
Use of the platform implies full acceptance of this policy, as well as the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all other policies published by OnlyCuba.
2. Requirements to become a creator
To register as a creator on OnlyCuba, users must meet the following requirements:
OnlyCuba reserves the right to reject any registration request that does not meet these requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Complete the identity verification process.
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
- Accept the platform's <a href="/legal/terminos">Terms and Conditions</a>.
- Comply with applicable laws and the rules established by the platform.
3. Mandatory identity verification
All creators must complete a mandatory verification process before they can publish content.
The platform requires an official document issued by a government authority.
Verification is performed manually by the OnlyCuba team.
The account will remain inactive until the verification process has been completed and approved.
OnlyCuba may request additional information when it deems necessary.
4. Responsibility for published content
Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish on the platform.
By publishing any material, the creator declares that:
OnlyCuba will not assume any responsibility for content published by users.
- They are the legitimate owner of the content.
- They have the necessary rights to publish it.
- The content does not infringe the rights of third parties.
- The content complies with platform policies.
5. Consent of all individuals appearing in content
All creators must ensure that any person appearing in a photograph, video, or any other material has given valid, informed, and documented consent to: (a) be depicted in the content; (b) publication and exhibition on OnlyCuba; (c) distribution to users according to the chosen visibility; and (d) where applicable, temporary download or caching required for technical delivery (CDN, cache, transcoding).
Publishing, distributing, or reusing content without the consent of the individuals involved is strictly prohibited. The creator may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute third-party material outside OnlyCuba without additional written authorization from each person.
All individuals appearing in the content must be 18 years of age or older. The creator represents that they hold valid documentation proving the age of each depicted person and will retain those records in accordance with applicable obligations (including §2257 where required).
OnlyCuba may at any time request evidence of consent and of the age of depicted individuals.
By accepting this Creator Policy, the creator expressly authorizes publication and distribution of their content on OnlyCuba (including CDN and monetization tools) and agrees not to publish illegal material. Fans do not receive a license to re-download, re-publish, or redistribute content outside OnlyCuba unless the creator grants express written permission.
6. Prohibited content
It is strictly prohibited to publish content related to:
- Minors.
- Sexual exploitation.
- Human trafficking.
- Extreme violence.
- Illegal activities.
- Stolen material.
- Content obtained without authorization.
- Identity impersonation.
- Harassment or threats.
- Any activity that violates United States laws or the rules established by Visa, Mastercard, or other payment processors.
7. Content oversight and moderation
OnlyCuba reserves the right to review, monitor, restrict, remove, or block any content it considers inappropriate or that violates platform policies.
The platform may also investigate any suspicious activity related to an account.
8. Account suspension and termination
OnlyCuba may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account when it detects:
Account termination may occur without prior notice when there is a serious violation.
- False information.
- Altered documentation.
- Violations of platform policies.
- Publication of prohibited content.
- Non-compliance with applicable laws.
9. Payments and monetization
Creators may monetize their content through the tools available on the platform.
OnlyCuba reserves the right to establish minimum payment requirements, review suspicious transactions, and withhold funds when necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.
10. Record retention
Creators agree that OnlyCuba may retain records related to identity verification, account activity, and published content to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
11. Policy modifications
OnlyCuba reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Modifications will take effect once published on the platform.
Continued use of OnlyCuba after any change is published will imply acceptance of the new version of this policy.
12. Regulatory compliance
All creators agree to comply with applicable laws, payment processor requirements, platform policies, and the rules established by Visa, Mastercard, and other financial entities related to the distribution of adult content.
