The purpose of this policy is to establish procedures for reporting content, activities, or behaviors that may violate platform rules, third-party rights, applicable laws, or the requirements established by Visa, Mastercard, and other payment processors.
All reports will be handled with seriousness, impartiality, and confidentiality.
2. Right to file a report
Any user may file a report when they believe that content or activity within the platform violates OnlyCuba policies.
Reports may relate to:
- Illegal content.
- Content involving minors.
- Content published without consent.
- Identity impersonation.
- Copyright violations.
- Harassment.
- Sexual exploitation.
- Human trafficking.
- Fraud.
- Any other activity that violates platform rules.
3. Procedure for filing a report
Users may report content using the tools available within the platform or through OnlyCuba's official contact channels.
Reports should include, whenever possible:
OnlyCuba may request additional information when necessary.
- Identification of the reported content.
- A description of the issue.
- Information necessary to facilitate the investigation.
4. Review of reports
All reports will be reviewed manually by the OnlyCuba moderation team.
The platform will evaluate each case individually to determine whether the content violates internal policies or applicable laws.
OnlyCuba may review photographs, videos, profiles, messages, documents, and any other information related to the investigation.
5. Response timeframe
OnlyCuba is committed to reviewing all reports as quickly as possible.
Reports related to illegal content, sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or non-consensual content will receive priority attention.
The platform will attempt to resolve reports within a maximum of five business days.
6. Immediate content removal
OnlyCuba reserves the right to immediately remove any content when there are reasonable indications that it violates platform policies.
It will not be necessary to wait for an investigation to conclude before removing content that poses a risk to users or may violate applicable laws.
7. Account suspension and termination
OnlyCuba may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in activities that violate this policy.
Causes that may lead to account suspension or termination include:
- Publication of illegal content.
- Publication of non-consensual content.
- Sexual exploitation.
- Human trafficking.
- Identity impersonation.
- Repeated violations of platform policies.
8. Removal requests from individuals appearing in content
Any person appearing in a photograph or video may request removal of the content, even without an OnlyCuba account.
Submit the request at /legal/retirada-consentimiento or email soporteonlycuba@gmail.com with the subject “Consent / depicted-person removal”.
If consent from all individuals involved cannot be demonstrated, the content will be removed immediately.
OnlyCuba may request additional documentation to verify the requester’s identity before making a decision. Target resolution is five business days (immediate priority if there are indicators of illegality).
9. Cooperation with authorities
OnlyCuba will cooperate with the relevant authorities when there is a legal obligation or when necessary to investigate unlawful activities.
The platform may retain and provide information related to an investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
10. Protection against retaliation
OnlyCuba prohibits any form of retaliation against users who file reports in good faith.
Reports will be handled confidentially, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Policy modifications
OnlyCuba reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Modifications will take effect once published on the platform.
Continued use of the site after changes are published will imply acceptance of the new version of this policy.

This policy has been developed to comply with applicable laws in the United States and the requirements established by Visa, Mastercard, and other payment processors for user-generated content platforms.
